Welcome to Aglow Counseling, where wisdom meets healing, and transformation takes center stage. Formerly at the helm of Stacy Ruse Counseling from 2013 to 2022, also known as Stacy Ruse Counseling Group, I embarked on a new journey that culminated in the merger with Mindfully in 2022. Now, with Aglow Counseling, my focus is on providing specialized therapist training and consultation, emphasizing integrative EMDR and IFS therapies infused with a Transpersonal twist.

At Aglow Counseling, we believe in the innate wisdom within each individual. By tapping into your highest Self, you can access an expansive, loving, and healing energy that guides you through the challenges of being human. Life can be tough, and I am inspired to guide and support healers in becoming their best selves in life, work, and play.

In my consultation services, I offer a sacred space for therapists and healers to be truly seen and heard without judgment or preconceptions. It's a space where you can communicate freely, openly, authentically, and be radically your Soul-Full Self. We recognize the vulnerability we all share to trauma and the overwhelming, fast-paced, and often invalidating nature of the world. Many of us seek to slow down, deepen our experiences, and find more meaning in our lives.

So, at Aglow Counseling, we invite you and your clients to SHINE BRIGHT as you were meant to!

With warmth and light,

Stacy Ruse, LPC, RYT, EMDR & IFS Consultant

How I Work

Embark on a transformative journey with my warm-hearted, down-to-earth, and intuitive approach at Aglow Counseling. I extend an open heart to provide trauma-informed and soulful trainings, clinical consultation, and counseling exclusively crafted for therapists and healers.

My specialization lies in integrating EMDR, IFS, and somatic-based mindfulness therapies, infused with a transcendental twist. I am dedicated to depth work that is intuitive, creative, and attuned to your Body, Mind, Heart, and Soul.

While EMDR and IFS therapies are renowned for being evidence-based and sought-after, my passion for them goes beyond statistics. I choose these therapeutic models because they gently guide you into the depths of your being, fostering authentic and empowered growth with no predefined endpoint. What sets them apart is their effectiveness and holistic nature, acknowledging and respecting each person's innate wisdom. When skillfully applied, they bring transformation to even the most challenging experiences.

My approach goes beyond the conventional, blending my extensive studies in yoga, mindfulness, DBT therapy, shamanism, attachment theory, structural theory of dissociation, Polyvagal theory, mystic traditions, and transpersonal realms. It is this rich tapestry of knowledge that allows me to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to your well-being.

Join me on this journey of self-discovery, where we honor the wisdom of your being and unlock the potential for enduring growth and transformation.

With heartfelt dedication,

Stacy Ruse, LPC

With Love, AGLOW!

“I'm not a mess but a deeply feeling person in a messy world. I explain that now, when someone asks me why I cry so often, I say, 'For the same reason I laugh so often--because I'm paying attention.' I tell them that we can choose to be perfect and admired or to be real and loved. We must decide.”
